Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at ALC Wireless. Returns and Refunds through ALC are only applicable to purchases made directly from the website. Any ALC product purchased from any other Retailer cannot be returned or refunded by ALC. You must go through that retailer and abide by their return/refund policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product must have been purchased on
  2. The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  3. The product is in its original packaging
  4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  5. You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ALC Wireless.

RMN Steps

  1. Request an RMN
  2. You will receive an RMN# via email
  3. Print the RMN and include a printed copy in box
  4. Write the RMN # on the outside of the box
  5. Return product with RMN to:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMN) is required for all returns. Please fill out the form below completely in order for an RMN to be generated. Please do not send in a return without an RMN.
